Jamie and Ethan are most helpful! They both are very accommodating as I rented a trailer from them and wasn't going to be able to back up to pull it where it needed to be l. They both jumped to quickly assist me. They made what could have been a very stressful situation a breeze. Not to mention VERY pleasant to deal with. 10/10 recommend them and this facility!

This location has always been my go to! Keith & his wife are always so helpful and have always made the application process as smooth as possible! I’d also like to mention I have rented a non A/C unit in the past & never once did I ever see any kind of bugs. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean they kept all areas of this location! I eventually transferred from the NON A/C UNIT to a A/C UNIT due to the fact that I had valuables that I didn’t want to get ruined from the Florida heat! Keith made the paperwork as harmless as possible. He gave us a ride down to the new inside UNIT & because I was transferring from one of their outside units he made sure to spray the new unit with bug spray as a precaution! I could go on and on about this location! To say the least THEY ARE AWESOME & I recommend trying them out!

Awesome customer service! Was in and out within the matter of 5 minutes! Quick and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Worked with Keith. Service was spectacular!!! I needed the tandem axle covered trailer with barn door style doors in order for my 62" lawnmower to fit and he said if he did not have one when I was ready, he would find one for me... AND HE DELIVERED ON HIS PROMISE!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! On a side note, the UHaul on Enterprise and 17-92 said those trailers with rather barn doors did not even exist, on the garage door type. Those people were rude, stupid and not willing to help. Do not go to the Orange City store, go to DeLand. You won't regret it.

My brother picked up my 2 units that have been at this facility for more than 3 years. Lisa and Keith could not have been more helpful. Keith even showed my brother how to hook up the tow for my car to be pulled!!. The nite before the man who was working told my brother the hotel and eateries in the area. Such nice people!!

The gentleman (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name) he’s from Massachusetts though lol. This man is what customer service is all about!! He was so helpful,friendly, and knowledgeable. My wife and I needed to rent a trailer and had to make a few trips so we had the correct plug in for lights, this gentleman even on his lunch break was more than ready to help us get the trailer hooked up correctly. My wife and I were both exhausted, extremely frustrated and tired but this guy made it so smooth and easy we couldn’t help but feel a little relief. He definitely won us over as loyal customers moving forward!!!
