Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to get an air conditioned storage in a quick manner. The manager at this home location made the process as painless as they could! After over a year, my furniture and items were not smelly like being in storage can do - the air conditioned unit was perfect. The team here were always friendly and easy to work with.

I must say this is one of the most accommodating and understanding storage companies I've ever dealt with. Eddie the manager goes above and beyond to help, inform, accommodate, assist, welcome, communicate, reassure, protect and so much more! He truly takes pride and passion in his position and in performing the duties that go with it. He doesn't just go through the motions like some places I've seen but the is willing to go the extra mile at every turn to make sure the customer and the facility are fully taken care of!! I'd recommend Personal Mini Storage any day. The company as a whole but specifically 2581 Broadview Dr Kissimmee FL 34744 as my Choice location!!!

Eddie, the manager of the storage, did an excellent job helping us find a space for our van. We are very appreciative with the way he handled our needs and attended us well. His communication skills are valuable and we honor that. The communication and space is excellent at this storage, I found it easy to park my van here. Its a safe area and well gated, giving enough space to move in and out.

I have had more than a few conversations with the management at the Broadview location that were caring and understanding of my difficult situation. My father and his partner put all of their belongings in this storage facility while they looked for a new home. While visiting her family in OK he got sick and passed away leaving his partner no way of retrieving their things. I am in PA also having difficulty making the trip to FL to settle his estate. Both managers that I have dealt with, previously Anthony and now Eddie, are amazing! The customer service, helpfulness, advisement, and empathy are outstanding! I know that Eddie will be most helpful when the time comes to begin moving my father's belongings. I truly feel like I am in good hands and I am most grateful!

the Manager, was excellent from the first moment. Friendly, very polite, very professional, he informed me in detail about everything that involves renting a space with this company. He was very respectful and helpful. He showed me the space before renting it, and he showed me the entire area, he explained where the exit doors are. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire area, and even more so the storage was super clean, it didn't have a single spider web, it was perfectly clean. INCREDIBLE...! I really don't hesitate to rent the storage. My decision was made by the attention of the manager and by the cleanliness of the place. Without a doubt, the promotion of the month was very important to me. The price is not the cheapest in the area, but without a doubt the care I received is the best. Thank you Eddie!

I came in to switch my unit to a smaller one and Eddie the manager was awesome he went out of his way to make sure I had the perfect unit to fit my things in. He was very patient and answered all my questions I had. The lady I forgot her name lol but she was great as well she answered my questions I had about my unit when I got confused lol. She was very patient. Thank you guys!!! You are the best I will definitely keep renting here for anything if needed. Best customer service. They never failed to make me feel welcome :) Thank you again
