great and friendly staff. Family owned, the husband and wife owners made me comfortable with storing my personal items in their storage. Also, had to rent a uhaul truck from them and the experience was great. They worked with me on the move in times and dates and they have real good security. I felt better storing items here than the uhaul storage up the road on Kirkman.

The customer service is excellent. They really made my day. The facility is clean and my storage unit is more spacious than I thought. The staff was really friendly and really cared and was understanding about what has been happening in the world and how our lives got flipped upside down with these price increases. I would definitely recommend renting here and definitely would rent here again if I need to.

Just wanted to post an update to my 5 star review I gave the facility back in January. John and Latoya have relentlessly continued to improve the property even including a very nicely done upgrade to the common area restroom. An uptick in my workload prompted me to move to a larger space. John and I had talked about it a few weeks prior and when the right space became available he let me know immediately and then worked with my schedule to complete the very minimal administrative stuff. Bottom line is if you're looking for a storage that is clean well maintained and your issues are handled promptly not put on the back burner then this is your spot. Personal shout out to J and L for making my move over smooth and painless

Incredible customer. The manager was extremely helpful in meeting our needs. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. I am so impressed how he truly cares about his customers and can relate to specific needs. He should be manager of the year!! I would/will recommend this iarticular business to all my friends and acquaintences. HE IS THE BEST!!
