Best place to rent a U-Haul vehicle in St. Cloud, if not all of Central Florida. Vinny is a Godsend, for sure. They took care of me about 7 mins before they opened. Service was much quicker than expected. Their customer service is top notch. As for the truck, it was clean and ready to go. I did not have to wait to get my truck. Gas tank was reasonably full and it was enough for my 2 hour ride round trip. I will definitely come back whenever I need a U-Haul and I might even look into their storage services! Quick efficient and kind are just a few words to explain the process here. I made the reservation online and selected the option of counter pick up as well as an appliance dolly. Upon arriving the dolly and vehicle were both ready the details or charges were explained and then we were walked to the vehicle and show where to return the key later. All in all a great experience. The vehicle was in good shape as well and we had no issues getting the few things moved that we needed to bring to storage.

I told them I'd be there shortly and after half an hour, got a call back asking where I was. Got there and took care of contract, as well as sharing laughs, stories about camping and the area and just felt welcomed.
