Quick efficient and kind are just a few words to explain the process here. I made the reservation online and selected the option of counter pick up as well as an appliance dolly. Upon arriving the dolly and vehicle were both ready the details or charges were explained and then we were walked to the vehicle and show where to return the key later. All in all a great experience. The vehicle was in good shape as well and we had no issues getting the few things moved that we needed to bring to storage.

We called about a week in advance to retain a storage unit, and were told they had a few available. I called again on Monday and boom got a unit. I told them I'd be there shortly and after half an hour, got a call back asking where I was. Got there and took care of contract, as well as sharing laughs, stories about camping and the area and just felt welcomed. Super amazing people to work with and by far the best experience I've ever had with renting storage units. Great experience and best service I've ever received. Keep up the great work.
