I have been at this location for years. Always clean, friendly and easiest staff to work with. I had been at other locations prior and was not happy. I have used storage and truck rentals with this location and it has always been a great experience!! Highly recommend!!!

So Apple Maps routed me to this location even though it was the wrong one (apparently it's a known issue with Apple Maps). Tiffani took one look at my reservation (which was pretty messed up, if I'm honest) and told me that I shouldn't have to drive somewhere else to get my truck when it was Apple Maps' fault, and I had already experienced enough headache with my reservation, so she gave me one of the trucks she had on hand. She certainly didn't have to do that, but she did. And yeah, U-Haul messed up my reservation, but because people like Tiffani are involved, some of U-Haul's system issues end up getting overlooked. Good people can do that. Thank you Tiffani for being one of those good people.

Our small business has been renting a storage unit and parking space here for about 2 years. Tiffani and Derek have always been very accommodating to our needs. They are fantastic! The facility is always very clean and safe and very conveniently located. Our business however has outgrown the space and we will be moving to a large warehouse. We will miss you Tiffani & Derek! Our small business has been renting a storage unit and parking space here for about 2 years. Tiffani and Derek have always been very accommodating to our needs. They are fantastic! The facility is always very clean and safe and very conveniently located. Our business however has outgrown the space and we will be moving to a large warehouse. We will miss you Tiffani & Derek! Stopped in to find out about pricing for renting a unit and Tiffani and Derek were super helpful and took extra time with me to show me several units and sizes of them and also took me to the air conditioned units. Very polite and respectful people. Will definitely recommend them to friends

I highly recommend this location for inside storage and uhaul rentals. The staff made my time worth while and all processes were easy and smooth!

I have used Personal Mini Storage twice before, and I’m using them again because they have the cleanest storage units I’ve ever used. I’m renting an indoor unit and I was told someone had just vacated, but the unit was so clean inside, that I wouldn’t have guessed it had been used. That’s they way every unit is. The facility is well managed,always clean, inside and outside, and the woman who runs the facility, Tiffani Lademann, is fantastic!

I needed a place to store my compact car, and at first had trouble finding a place. But a sister Personal Mini Storage called me back to say this one had a spot and she would reserve it for me. The next Monday I stopped by - Tiffani was very helpful and friendly. The rental process was easy. And the parking spot is very affordable. Last year I asked my car at a friend's farm, but when he told me about all the critters that tried to get into my car, including several snakes, I was happy to find this clean, professional location. Six months later, my car was just as I had left it. No mold, no "critters", no damage even to the cover. This was after two major storms. I will be back next spring, grateful to have this great storage location.

The company that I work for needed a storage unit that meet a very specific security requirement, so that we could store some very costly I.T. equipment and this location hit the mark and all the requirements, the locations is very secure and has plenty of video monitoring, security code gates and two step door locks to further protect our property. And on top of all of that, THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!! Before, During and after the pandemic. The communication never failed and customer service did not miss a beat.
