Personal Mini Storage was founded by members of the Shader family in the early 1980s, long before self storage became a mainstream industry. What began as a development project quickly turned into something more meaningful after seeing how valuable the service was to everyday people.
As the company grew, so did the responsibility that came with it.
Over the years, the business remained family-owned and closely managed, with leadership staying directly involved in operations. Today, that same family mindset continues to guide the company, from ownership to management to on-site team members.
