SATELLITE BEACH, FL – July 28 2025 Personal Mini Storage, a family owned self-storage company with 20 locations across Mid-Florida, has announced the upcoming addition of air-conditioned storage units at its existing Satellite Beach facility, with availability beginning in early January 2026. This will be the first time climate-controlled units are offered at this location, expanding our unit mix to include non-climate controlled units, climate-controlled units, and parking spaces at the facility.
Located at the corner of A1A and Scorpion Court, the expanded offering will include 16,319 square feet of ground-floor, climate-controlled units designed for convenience, security, and a personal experience with unmatched customer service.
This product expansion directly addresses the growing demand for temperature-regulated storage in the Satellite Beach area. Florida’s heat, humidity, and seasonal storms can be damaging to items like electronics, antiques, documents, and upholstered furniture.
