Went to the U-Haul personal mini storage on HWY 50. The customer service was amazing and I highly recommend you use them on your next move.

The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ran smoothly. The storage unit was also clean and secure, providing me with peace of mind. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the man that helped me, but he made a HUGE difference in my day. The UHaul network services for the area was down making it so I was unable to pick up the UHaul I rented at this location. Despite the fact that he couldn't fix this issue (it was a UHaul company related issue), he sat and kept trying to register me in the UHaul server for almost an hour so I could take the rented truck which I REALLY needed that day. Moving is such a stressful event, especially for a 1st time move, but he kept trying to help until it worked. I couldn't have been more relieved and grateful that someone was willing to fight with the downed UHaul network for an hour just so I could pick up my rental. So thank you to the amazing people who work here! The staff went above and beyond and definitely deserve recognition!

TOP NOTCH! We used this storage facility for about 2 years. And I can’t say enough about this place. From day one the absolute friendliest people, clean secure storage units. I have never had a minute of problems from billing to the gate ( which has an app to open) to changing units when we downsized. I even stored my brand new car here without one problem. If you need to store anything this is the place.

I've been a renter at Personal Mini Storage for over 2 years and I really like the way the facility is kept really clean and quiet. The staff goes above and beyond, especially Alicia. I needed to move units recently and it was pouring down rain. Alicia offered to give us extended gate access so we can make up the lost time. The entire property is fumigated regularly so I feel comfortable with my things in their storage knowing that bugs nor rodents are getting in my units. I would recommend this facility to others.

I have used many many storage units over the years. This particular one that we were in was the most un-useable of them all. There was no light inside the unit so we had to use a flashlight and the door positioning was so strange it was almost impossible to use. To top it off we had a fire extinguisher right outside our door making it impossible to move furniture in and out. The building and property were clean so that part was nice.
