The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The facility is very clean and well maintained. This is a safe environment as well. I Highly recommend them!

Was paying the same amount for a unit less than half the size down the road after they jacked up the prices this year. Joe and Dorri made the process super easy with no surprise charges. As a business owner myself, I see that they value customers and have great communication. Place is well kept and my belongings feel safe. Would definitely recommend if your looking for storage needs. I recently had an excellent experience with Personal Mini Storage. I needed to rent a truck, but I had a problem with the truck that I'd reserved. Personal Mini Storage was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue and making sure that I had the truck that I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met and that I was taken care of. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Personal Mini Storage for all of your storage and truck rental needs!

The onsite managers are awesome. Very polite,accommodating and all out great people. Ive never seen managers out on the property cleaning and improving as much as I seen them do. Best customer service i have seen in a long time. A+ all the way highly recommend to anyone 3 years using this storage unit and never once we had a problem.

I recommend Personal Mini Storage highly! Joe is very professional and caring. Joe and his wife reside as property managers and are there to help you if there are ever any problems! I have rented many U Haul trucks from them and my friends and family have also! This is a fantastic Mom and Pop business!

Joe, the Owner and staff is efficient, courteous and professional with coordinating and expediting my U-Haul Box truck and car transport, as well as, affordable. Exterior, interior, storage units and U-hauls.of Personal Mini Storage's is immaculate. The mechanics of my U-Haul Box truck for my cross country 16 hour trip was perfect!!! Tana Winkler

I emptied my unit this past week, and it felt like saying goodbye to good friends. Joe, Dorie, and Mario made the whole process (about a year this time around) as stress free as possible. During the process, they arranged a larger unit when I needed it. I also had rented a U-Haul moving truck from them, and as in everything, they were knowledgeable and accommodating. I have stored things on and off with Personal Mini Storage in Dunnellon since 1996, and so I can attest to their superior service and would highly recommend them for any of your storage rental, or moving truck rental, needs.
