I have rented a Uhaul truck three times since December 20th from Dot and Kevin. They were so professional and courteous. My uhaul were clean and ready when I arrived. In the past, at other locations I would have to wait and the process was long. With Dot and Kevin pick up, check off, and drop off was seamless. There are plantly of locations to rent Uhaul in Deland. I would only use this location and have already told my friends all about them!

Absolutely one the best customer service experiences we have ever had! I would not rent from anyone else!! Management and staff very knowledgeable, curtious, attentive, helpful. We highly recommend Personal Mini Storage in Deland and are really pleased with our unit at their FL-11 location. Well kept facility and perfect location. Facility well taken care of. One gate issue in 5 years was immediately addressed. In the course of 5 years the lock we purchased stopped functioning. Site manager not only met me right away to cut the non-functioning lock, but also brought a replacement as well. Most recently, management assisted with a last minute U-Haul rental and were so supportive when I arrived in tears (very stressful situation), which I am so grateful for.

Courteous staff that is always available when you need them; answering any questions you may have or helping in anyway they can. The units are very clean, spacious and affordable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a storage unit or that is perhaps looking for a storage facility.. At first my move in started a little rocky my gate code did not work and I was frustrated at having all my stuff ready to go and being sent home to go back later after the gate code was fixed. But they were very nice about it and I found myself having someone else rent a unit as well. A new lock was waiting in the unit for me to either use or return. Very convenient.
