I just relocated from New York to Florida and I googled and search the storage place online and spoke to a woman named Sharon since last November 20 twenty3 to ensure and reserve a storage unit she made the process so easy I feel like I know her she’s very personable, outgoing funny and just overall a beautiful and nice person as I came in and reserved my unit in person she made the process very easy she explained everything showed us everything. I was so appreciative of the quick availablility of our u haul truck. Reservation was made with no difficulty. Traffic was really backed up en route to get there. Sharon was so kind and stayed after closing shop to allow us time to get there to pick up the truck and gather up our belongings from our storage unit. Just wanted to leave a review for Sharon as she has been excellent and a lifesaver. I’m getting my second unit on Monday and I had to move and they moved my closing date up and I didn’t think I would be able to get a unit and she was able to pull through for me although I was on the waiting list I wasn’t sure whether everything will work out personal mini storage has been a lifesaver. This is a great storage facility, prices are a little more reasonable than in town, I will mention that the facility manager( Sharon) is a breath of fresh air, everyone knows how stressful moving packing and putting things in storage can be and while dealing with Sharon at this facility she was just so calming to the situation kept telling us don't get stressed out about it take your time make your decision let me know tomorrow Etc. Don't know why I found this woman but they better hang on tight to this girl she makes that place what it is she even came out on her own time on Sunday afternoon to make sure we had plenty of space and weren't going to need any additional space while we were packing our unit my hats off to this facility and Sharon

I setup and paid for an unit online. After I accidentally swiped the page away, and didn't finish signing the online paperwork I called. The guy who answered was so kind and helpful. He saw my reservation and emailed me the paperwork to complete. The unit, and grounds are clean and easy to get in and out of.

Back in November, I called to reserve a storage unit for January. Sharon told me she would place me on a waiting list and to check back in December. When we were ready to have our POD delivered, Sharon had a unit available beginning the first week of January. As a bonus, there is plenty of room for our POD to be dropped off right near our unit as well I appreciated Sharon keeping her word and securing us a spot. .

Having temperature control was a MUST. We have solid oak. And every piece was absolutely in perfect condition. Thank you for the great care for our things.
