We have a 3000 plus sq ft office and warehouse. The management is very supportive and knowledgeable. An important part of a business relationship is to meet, see and know who the management is. The current managers since joining the company in the on the last couple of months have made a point at least 6- or 7 times to stop by and ask how things are going. (That is about 5-6 times more then the last 4 years of management combine )It shows they care about who we are and care about the facilities they are responsible for. They are just super helpful people! Told them I couldn't come out of work til 4 might not make it if they close and she just suggested to rent it out and I'll still be able to get it. And I just wanted to know at least the size first so I ask if this would exactly fit and they answered yes. I rented right after. Once I did, my husband went there to store what we needed and forgot to lock it so they locked it for us. Again needed them to unlock it for me and they heard me out and I made it just in time. The lock they suppose to provide wasn't in there and just gave me another one. They just so nice and respectful here. I recommend this place to store what you need to store. I got also the 4x5x which is enough room for the amount stuff I needed to store. I appreciate this place!

I rented a truck from this facility. While I was disappointed with the truck itself and the availability of the equipment I needed, I can’t say enough positive things about the people who I rented the truck from. The availability issues were a result of obvious market conditions and had nothing to do with the owners. They were very nice and accommodating and were clearly embarrassed they couldn’t do more to help me. They behaved like humans which, at this point in time, is a refreshing rarity. I was glad to rent from them because they seemed like good people who were respectful and did everything they could to make my experience better. Definitely renting here again.

They both were THE best, fastest, and easiest experience I have ever had renting a U-haul. Super kind, friendly, and explained everything up front so no guess work. We started with this location first. Then after shopping around at several other storage locations in the area we returned here because of the friendly customer service they shown, no pressure, and the price was actually cheaper then the other places. This is our 2nd time renting from Nina. Our 1st time we closed out early at the end of the month, but was still charged for the next month. But Nina was able to get the charge returned from corporate with no back and forth debates. Now adays it's a rare thing to see great customer service, so thank you Nina and Mike for keeping customer service first.

All I can say about the managers Mike and Nina is “wow.” These two should be the role models for the management of all businesses. They are warm and welcoming and are really just a super nice couple. Salt-of-the-earth folks. We had a tricky situation last night and needed help in gaining access to the storage unit. Since we didn’t have the right key with us, Mike used his special skills in getting us in there. We had some really important merchandise in the unit which we desperately needed to retrieve. Mike did the job as a true professional. The storage units are clean and tidy and if you’re lucky, you can hear the band practicing while you’re rummaging through your personal belongings. Remember, storage is a luxury. Don’t be afraid to pay for it. Also, no need to worry about any creeps living in those units. They keep a tight eye on security. Mike & Nina, great Americans and patriots! ??????

The office staff and ground manager greats me with a smile, responds quick to my questions. It’s very clean and well taken care of. The grounds manager is always around with a helping hand. I’m thankful I found this location as my business grows, and because of the service I will always refer this location!
