I have had my grandmother's belonging stored here for years since she passed and the staff has always been very nice and professional. Even years go when I had forgotten to pay they called me very nicely, because I always paid on time, to remind me and no late fee. I had a great experience with Personal Mini Storage, and especially with Madeline who helped me through the process. The online rental process was very easy and straightforward, and the facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
The site is secured with a coded entry/exit gate, and they have locks and packing materials available right on site, which is really convenient. I also really appreciated that when you sign up online they provide a free new lock — that alone saves you about half the cost of a month’s rental fee.
Overall, the whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I’m very happy I found this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for storage.

My experience in personal mini storage was good . Ms. alhana The store manager was very helpful, she was very pleasant to talk over the phone and upon my visit to the storage, she was very detailed in information even the agreement she really took time on explaining the process & rules . The unit have its own personal switches of lights I & sockets to plug in humidifier ( because they don’t have A/C ) so plugs can help and since they are drive in . The unit just need a little of Dusting. Bring your own broom or vacuum to help you clean . I love the breeze in the area where my unit of facing & it’s conveniently located to I close to A1A behind Dijon donuts & air comes from the oceans

I don’t usually write reviews without remuneration, and I assure you I have zero affiliation with this company. Just WOW. You don’t expect to encounter anyone who provides excellent customer service, in the storage business. Generally I find people sentenced to sit at a desk, and deal with the public as punishment for some bad decision they made years earlier. That might sound harsh, but I’ve been renting storage for the past 40 years, in small and large towns. If the people are civil, and treat you as an unwelcome intrusion, that’s a good day.

I’ve met three employees here at my latest unit, and they are all exceptional. The unit is clean, and unremarkable. The people are wonderful humans and super professional.

Having to start in Ohio to Florida travel was so comfortable in the truck and I was able to drive the 1100 miles with no problems with the equipment. I have to say the last manager John was not the best guy, at all, but John A is the complete opposite. He is always trying to help us out and pays attention to clients needs, and works with us with all of our concerns If you want storage with a place that cares like it’s their own, come to Ample Storage.

I am still waiting on my overhead garage door that I was promised in July and still have not received. That was from previous management.
But I have not heard back from this management regarding when this door that has been ordered will be installed.
I last spoke to someone on 9/16 2025. You were still waiting on an answer from the garage door company.
So it has again been a week with no update.

Nick, the property manager was super helpful in assisting with my rental unit. He’s very thorough and transparent in explaining the process. New building. Super clean unit. Extremely appreciative. Highly recommend. ❤️❤️

Very clean and secure. Nick the manager is friendly, answers all questions and is very helpful. Great personality. My unit is secure and easy to access. Property security and cameras make me feel safe. Unit temperature has been consistent every time I've visited. Highly recommend.

This spanking new location is the classiest and cleanest storage location that I have seen in more than 30 years of personal storage. It really complements the area, provides lots of parking and with the number of cameras it feels really secure. I liked having a choice of sizes and not being forced into something large...just because. Nick, the manager was considerate about my needs and really listened to me.

I signed with my first unit with Towne Storage last week. Had such a great experience that I just signed for additional units today! Nick is incredibly pleasant, helpful, present and on top of the game as far as cleanliness, safety and customer service. My husband and I will be moving out of our current storage unit this coming week. Compared to our current unit that we will be leaving, Towne Storage winter springs feels infinitely safer and cleaner with easy access to the units and great oversight by the staff. I will be utilizing our storage units quite often during the daytime and it was really important for me to feel a sense of security and safety in doing so. Towne Storage definitely provides this and I am glad for their recent opening. 10/10 recommend!

Moved our stuff here from Public Storage in Casselberry. What a difference! Nick was extremely helpful in getting me situated into my new unit.

[For those reviewers who are criticizing Winter Springs for allowing this facility to be built, please know that this property is NOT located in the city, but in Seminole County. The county commissioners approved this land use. If you objected to it, you should have been present at the County Commission meeting when it it was discussed and voted on.]
